You've heard it said by your doctor. The media reinforces it. "All you need is a proper diet with lots of exercise and you'll do fine."
Likely you believe it only to discover that despite sticking with a diet and an exercise program, you start to lose your eyesight and nerve sensation in your feet. Something obviously has been left out in your doctor's equasion.
That something is in the word "proper". A proper diet means eating food that is fresh and rich in vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately the food you buy at the grocery store is anything but fresh and lacks the essential nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. That produce comes from farms whose soil is depleted of essential vitamins and minerals. Added to that are the herbicides, pesticides and added chemicals to make the produce look fresh and wholesome on the grocer's shelves.
It's a fact that you don't need to be diabetic to experience the complications of the disease. If you lack certain vitamins and minerals, wounds heal slowly or not at all. The average American does not even meet the RDA (Recommende Daily Allowance) for many essential vitamins and minerals. And those recommendations are at the minimum levels.
If you're diabetic, you're at particular risk as your level of nutrients are lower than that of a non-diabetic. And the reason is because your kidneys are flushing out those nutrients along with the excess glucose in your system. Literally the baby goes out with the bathwater!
So you need to put back those vitamins and minerals through supplementation. For the diabetic, supplementation is an absolute necessity no matter what your doctor might say.
In this ebook you'll find which are the most important vitamins, minerals and herbs you should be supplementing with. Here you'll find out:
- about the many factors leading to diabetes
- about the right kind of vitamins and minerals you should be taking and at the right dose
- the herbs that can lower your blood sugar level and which ones you should be taking
